What we collect
We collect the order contact details, Discord configuration, bot application details, brand assets, ERLC configuration, payment records, and support messages needed to deliver and operate your bot instance.
Bot tokens and other secrets
Bot tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are not displayed after submission. They are decrypted only inside the server-side deployment workflow that configures the isolated bot instance. We do not store a plaintext token in the application database.
How we use information
We use configuration and uploaded assets to build and run your bot, process payments, provide dashboard access, respond to support requests, and maintain service security. We do not sell customer configuration data.
Service providers
Depending on your selected setup, we use providers for payment processing, email delivery, media storage, and hosting. Each provider receives only the information needed for its portion of the service.
Retention and deletion
We retain order and payment records as required for operations and accounting. You may ask about deleting a cancelled order's configuration and uploaded assets by contacting support. Live bot deletion requires coordinating the instance shutdown and any data-retention requirements first.
Security
We use access controls, encryption for application secrets, isolated deployment directories, and restricted server-side operations. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact support quickly if you suspect a credential was exposed.
